the oxford room was very nice. it featured a rainfall shower and plush towels. the double shower was AMAZING!!! the bed provided great comfort with high quality linen. complimentary breakfast had yogurt, fruit and bagels.

The gym is in the adjacent building. I only learned about this from online reviews after i left.

My surrey room did not match the photos online. It seemed designed for disabled access, not what i expected or paid for. the bathroom door automatically opened and closed with a wall button, turning on the light and disturbing my sleep.

the room i booked, The Sussex, it felt quite cramped. i struggled to move around without hitting the furniture. also, the air conditioning unit was noisy. it disrupted my sleep on several occasions and made relaxing in the room difficult. it's a real shame since the rest of the hotel was fine.
